Coach Doug is offering a a set of clinics for those who want to improve their strokes. Coach Doug has become well-known for his in-the-water, technique-first approach, and he will be bringing his knowledge and passion to these clinic to help kids find success with better strokes.

The Stroke Intensive Clinics  A series of classes running 4 consecutive weeks starting in June which focuses solely on one stroke. This clinic will delve into the specifics of each of the strokes helping the kids master those very important elements necessary to move forward in their performance. Included in the clinics will be brand new technique information gathered during the 2008 Beixing Olympics on all strokes as well as starts and turns that we have been implementing with our year-round swimmers with great success

Butterfly: Mondays 12 - 1 pm
June 15, 22, 29 and July 6

Starts and Turns: Tuesdays 12 - 1 pm
June 16, 23, 30 and July 7

Breaststroke: Wednesdays 12 - 1 pm
June 17, 24 and July 1, 8

Free/Backstroke: Thursdays 12 - 1 pm
June 18, 25 and July 2 and Wed July 8 1 - 2 pm

***These clinics are not for beginner swimmers. They are intended for summer league swimmers who are looking for technique improvements, not for swimmers trying to learn how to swim.
