Registration
Policy: In order to reserve a spot in a class you must have registered
online or mail. Your spot will be reserved on a first come, first serve
basis.

Group Size Policy:
No group lesson will run unless a minimum of 2 children are in a class and
a maximum of 4 swimmers. Shooting Star's will have a maximum of 6
swimmers.

Schedule Change
Policy: A $10.00 schedule fee is applied for any schedule time change
made after the session deadline.

Refund Policy:
Absolutely No Refunds. All instructors are hired and staffed according to
registration needs. STAR will credit your account accordingly.

Make-Up Policy:
STAR does not offer any make-up classes for illness or conflicts with any
other activities.

Extended Illness
Policy: A STAR credit will ONLY be issued for anyone with an illness of 3 or more consecutive lessons with doctor note.

No Show Policy:
If you do not show by the second lesson and we have not heard form you,
your child will be dropped from the class. No refund.

Return Check
Policy: There is a $20 charge for any returned check.

Instructor
Absence Policy: If for any reason, classes are missed due to an
instructor absence, the class will be rescheduled and made-up.

Class Arrangement
Policy: All STAR Aquatics Swim School classes are scheduled on a
demand only basis. STAR will make every effort to place the swimmers in
the proper class and time as requested.

Discount Policy:
A $5 discount for each additional sibling from regular group price.

Diaper Policy:
Any swimmer NOT potty trained is required to wear a swim diaper during any class for
sanitary reasons.

Waiting List
Policy: Each group class will have a waiting list after the maximum of
4 kids register. All waiting list swimmers will be added accordingly on a
first come, first serve basis.

Payment Policy:
Payments must be made for each session of group lessons or private lessons
on the first day of the session.
